In this 4 part film Mark Cleghorn is shooting a very small wedding for some existing portrait clients that are getting re-married. With only 12 guest mark has to shoot the variety to make sure his got the shots for the album.

In part two of the film Mark talks about the bridal portraits that he had taken in part one why he shoot natural light and reflective instead of off camera flash. He then moves outside to do more groom and best man shoots, moving back up stairs to finish off the detail shots before they make there way to the ceremony.

In this film Mark Cleghorn is shooting window light nude in the studio, the model for this shoot is Raphaella who is a professional nude model. Marks set up is the Lastolite Hilite as his window light, have draped over some white netting to soften the light down, with a mixture of lighting and posing to create beautiful images sellable to the clients.

Mark is using the Hilite because it allows him to work any where weather its in the studio or on location at the clients home and give him guaranteed uniform lighting even though the Hilite is back with flash. Mark has measured the flash to f8 which will be his main working aperture.

Mark is shooting with the Canon 5D MKII shooting with his 24-105 lens and the settings on camera are f8 125/sec 100 iso.

In this film you get to see Mark Cleghorn shooting Jess the Model a pregnant mother in the studio. The session will give you ideas on lighting and posing as well as how to create a variety of images using just a one light set up in the studio, to create images perfect for any wall or album.

In this three part film Mark Cleghorn is on location with one of his mentors and a Fellow in Portrait Photography Peter Lowry. Peters work is very classical, everything from the use of light on location, technique, story telling and styling with the shot.

Peter Lowry, who established his studio in Frome in 1976, is qualified as a Fellow of The British Institute of Professional Photography, The Royal Photographic Society and The Royal Society of Arts.

Not only has he studied with some of the finest photographers in the world, but he has also lectured in various European countries and extensively throughout the British Isles.

His wedding and portrait photographs have won many competitions, receiving The BIPP National Portrait Photographer of the Year Award on three occasions and no fewer than three coveted Kodak Gold Awards, thus becoming a member of the elite Kodak "Gold Circle"
