Membership
- Start Date
These terms take effect on the date you agree to them by completing the information requested to pay for membership to Phototraining4U Ltd.
- Payment Terms
12 months Membership will be paid at the time of registration to PT4U. The fee includes access to online videos for viewing via the site only and includes access to additional features added during the course of the 12 month membership.
The subscription is determined by PT4U and we reserve the right to make changes without notice, due to market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product discontinuation.
The PT4U member is responsible for payment of the annual fee at the time of renewal. If at any time a credit card charge is refused or a payment due is not made by the Member, PT4U may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate the Membership.
Although every care will be taken to prevent downtime, Members will not be entitled to credit or a refund for times when PT4U is experiencing any downtime or is otherwise unavailable.
The PT4U Member is responsible for and must provide all computer, telephone and other equipment and services necessary to access the site. In addition, PT4U Members are responsible for any access charges incurred through on-line services, telephone companies, or Internet service providers used in obtaining access to the site.
- Under 18’s
Will not have access to any videos from the knowledge bank which contains nudity. All under 18’s must have parental consent to be a member.
- Affiliates - All affiliate payments will be paid after 60 days to comply with PayPal and Worldpay refund regulations. Payments will be made to the PayPal email address registered to a members account and will be paid on a monthly basis if the balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of £75. Any payments unclaimed will not be re-issued.
- Termination by Phototraining4U Member
You may terminate PT4U at any time which also terminates these Terms. To terminate PT4U, you can either notify us or let your membership expire at the renewal date. After receipt of your termination notice, PT4U will close your account. No refund will be given if you decide to terminate membership midway through your year’s subscription.
- Termination by Phototraining4U
PT4U may terminate your Membership at any time in the event of a breach of this Agreement by the PT4U Member or anyone accessing PT4U using the Member’s User Name. PT4U, at its sole discretion, may also terminate this Agreement at any time without cause, and may suspend access to PT4U with or without notice, to any user. No refund will be given.
- Member Responsibilities
A PT4U Member may not authorize any minors or adults to access their PT4U Member account. The Member is responsible for supervising any activity using the Member’s User Name and accepts any actions taken that affect a PT4U Member’s account by a minor.
The PT4U Member is responsible for keeping their password and account details confidential. The PT4U Member agrees to notify Phototraining4U Ltd of any unauthorized use of the PT4U Member’s password or account or any other security breach.
PT4U will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Member’s failure to comply with these provisions.
- Copyright
All videos and photographs produced for the PT4U site remain the copyright of PT4U.
- Changes To This Service
PT4U may make changes to PT4U content without prior notice although all attempts will be made to place a site notice of any necessary work to be undertaken.
- Money Back Guarantee
Cancelation Policy
- PT4U Monthly Members must cancel within the first 7 days of registration to recieve a refund.
- PT4U Yearly Members must cancel within the first 7 days of registration to recieve a refund.
- 100% Money back guarantee can only be applied once per person, per company or per institution.
Personal Information
On some of the PT4U Web pages you can order products and make requests with reference to site content. The types of information collected at these pages are name, address, contact and billing information, transaction, and credit card information. All personal Information we collect from you to complete transactions and process any of your online purchases are used to communicate back to you, update you on our service and benefits, to provide you with information regarding our products and promotions, to support your use of our services only. You always have the right to choose whether or not to provide information about yourself to PT4U. If you choose not to provide such information, you may be restricted on what is accessible on the site and will not be informed of any upcoming events.
Members can abstain from receiving newsletter and updates by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email sent from PT4U.
Credit cards and Online Payments
PT4U do not store any Credit/Debit card numbers. They are only used to process payments and are not retained for any other purpose. The information may be disclosed only to our staff and to third parties involved in the completion of any transaction or the delivery of orders placed. All transactions for the PT4U site are conducted using PayPal and Worldpay or Streamline.
