If you are having problems viewing the videos…
First ensure you are using a modern upto date web browser, we recommend Firefox
If you are using Internet Explorer make sure it is version 6 or higher.
You also need to make sure you have the latest version of the flash player installed in your browser, you can check which version you currently have installed and upgrade if necessary from here:-
If you have a Firewall (security hardware/software) or any other related security software running on your PC it may affect your access to the site. You should consult the manufacturer’s manual or contact them directly regarding the package/hardware configuration. If you have an Internet connection of at least 1.5Mb, but experience a lot of buffering when viewing the streaming video, the problem is most likely to be caused by network congestion over your ISP connection or the transfer rate your ISP is delivering is well below what it should be. What do I do if the video stream has stopped?
Very occasionally there maybe flash streaming issues, if this occurs you may need to refresh your browser or if the problem persists try to access other Internet sites with streaming video and determine whether the problems are confined to PhotoTraining4U. If PhotoTraining4U is the only affected site please contact support.
I’m seeing subtitles on the videos how do I turn these off?
