Mixing hi-key and mid key to allow for the colour and black and white image mix the client has asked for, you see how the lighting simply changes to dramatically effect the image.

Confetti & Lace III – The Home

Confetti & Lace III – The Home

Real and RAW is the only way to explain this type of training as you get to see how a working photographer copes under the pressures of a real wedding day, nothing fake here, as even the images have only been touched by camera RAW in conversion, so no fancy Photoshop work in this film.

The second of a 5 part film shot live at a wedding, Mark Cleghorn is seen at the home interacting with the bride and her bridesmaids as he shoots details, candids as well as inforamls and posed groups

Shooting Kids On Location Woodland Part 1

Shooting Kids On Location Woodland Part 1

In this 2 part film of 2 young children being photographed in a woodland location you see Mark Cleghorn acting the fool to coax a laugh out of the children to create some timeless images in this natural environment and with only a reflector.

In this first film, he explains the locations initially including the natural light set up and why he uses the same wood location so much, as well as discussing the most common mistakes that photographer make when shooting in a similar scene. Once the session gets under way you see the natural way he interacts with the children as they are very familiar with Mark the photographer, as he has taken their portraits every year since they were born.
