The film gives you an insight in to how this specific piece of kit allows Mark Cleghorn to use Multiple Flash Speedlites on one stand, to assist in reducing the re-charge time between flashes as well as the increased power output when needed.

In this film you see how Mark uses both the cameras own flash triggering system as well as a 3rd party radio trigger to fire the speedlites to take some great portraits in 2 very different styles.

This film made in conjunctoin with The Lastolite School Of Photography and concentrates on the KickerLite, a Lastolite Softbox for either studio or on location lighting with flash.

The film gives you an insight in to and how to use this specific piece of kit which allows Mark Cleghorn to use Flash from below the subject, perfect for fashion fill light.

You get to see how Mark uses the product in both the studio and on location to get some great portraits.

In this film Mark Cleghorn sets out to unravel the basics of using multiple speedlites and the Automatic Ratio feature using a simple mug shot in a set.

Using 1 Speedlite is simple, using 2 is OK but when combing 3 and 4 in an image, as in this film, things could get a little more complicated.

Mark first of all goes into the basics of setting up a Canon 580EXII and an older 580EX to combine and use together in the shoot, then adding a third speedlite to start to use the Ratio feature.

This Technical film on speedlites is easy to follow as Mark takes you step by step through each stage.

Part 2 of a 2 part studio shoot using a digital projector to light the female nude.

This session See’s Model Lozie, one of Marks favourite classic nude models, creating abstract fine art nude portraits that have to be seen to be believed.

Mark has been using this lighting technique on the nude since the 90’s to create his alien nude images that make you take a second look at the image.
