In this short film Mark Cleghorn introduces you to the New Lastolite EzyBox Speedlite softbox.

The Small softbox sits on the front of any speedlite flash and is used to soften the shadows from the harsh directional flash. Perfect for weddings, portraits, editorial and product photography.

In this 2 part film Mark Cleghorn demonstrates the basic lighting techniques for both Black and White skin.

Mark explains the setting up of the lighting as well as the exposure, the light position and how the basic 4 light setup is used for classic lighting patterns plus exploring the difference in the lighting techniques.

The walk or the steping through of the light is demonstrated to show the differance and were best to place the subject.

The softbox can be used with on camera flash or with off the camera flash to create a softer light source to either act as a fill light or as the key light on the subject.

Mark also talks about using High speed flash sync and flash TTL compensation to create more editorial images.

In this film you get to see Mark Cleghorn shooting a pregnant mother in her own home, in fact Denise is a photographer herself and a PT4U member.

The session will give you ideas on lighting and posing as well as how to create a variety of images to create images perfect for any wall or album.

In this film you see Mark Cleghorn shooting just as the light falls to night over New York City, using a combination of initially flash and then LED lighting the images are really WOW!

The stunning New York Backdrop comes more alive with colour as the light goes, and as you will see some simple lighting produces amazing results, when you allow your self to play a little.
At the end of the film you get t see the images finished.
