In this film which is a part of the SWPP Apprentice series Mark Cleghorn takes a visit and a look around at Lisa Beaney’s home studio setup as well as her garden locations.

Mark and Lisa talk about the setup and how she uses the location inside and out, then Mark gives Lisa some ideas on what to change to make better use of the studio, inside and out.

In this film shot live at the SWPP Convention Mark Cleghorn talks about going back to black as a background and how to light the subject for different EFX, whether shooting in Colour or in Black and White.

During the demonstration Mark sets up the lighting, uses reflectors as well as explains adding colour gels to a black background for the best saturation.

The film gives you an insight in to using and getting the best out of a Lastolite baby poser in the studio.

Mark Cleghorn demonstrates how to change the construction of the poser to adjust for different size and ages of baby as well as to add variety to the session. This film also shows the poser in use during a session.
